Lola stores your name, email, and password (hashed — we never see it in plain text) to run your account, plus the goals, equipment, and preferences you share during onboarding so we can build your plan.
Workout logs, streaks, and calendar events are visible to accountability partners you explicitly pair with using your code. Messages and call activity between you and a partner are only visible to the two of you.
We use your workout preferences to generate plans through our AI provider and, if you connect an accountability partner or coach, to share the minimum data needed to keep you both on the same page.
You can review or update your profile at any time from Settings, and you can request deletion of your account and its data whenever you like.
